Les Moulins de la Concorde have adopted the Code of Ethics drawn by Eclosia, based on strong and fundamental values that reinforce our convictions and guide us in the fulfilment of our tasks and responsibilities.
It aims to ensure its continuous growth and maintain the trust of its stakeholders.
Each employee is called upon to draw inspiration from it in their daily operations throughout their career.
Our mascot, Triticum (whose name derives from the scientific name of wheat!), embodies these values and is at the heart of regular communications addressed to our collaborators.
