Almond crumble
Ingredients
- 150g Blédor Pâtissière
 - 100g Butter
 - 80g Sugar
 - 30g Almond Powder
 - 2.5g Cinnamon (optional)
 
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix carefully the flour, sugar, cinnamon, almond powder and butter. Carefully mix the ingredients from the fingertips to get a sandy, rough paste.
 - Keep aside at least one hour before use.
 - Place the selected fruits - pre-washed and cut into a pie dish and spread the crumbles evenly.
 - Bake at 1500C for 25 to 30 minutes while monitoring cooking.
 - Uses: You can use any available fruits, even very ripe: apples, bananas, mangoes, pineapples, red fruits etc
