Almond crumble

Ingredients

  1. 150g Blédor Pâtissière
  2. 100g Butter
  3. 80g Sugar
  4. 30g Almond Powder
  5. 2.5g Cinnamon (optional)

 

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix carefully the flour, sugar, cinnamon, almond powder and butter. Carefully mix the ingredients from the fingertips to get a sandy, rough paste.
  2. Keep aside at least one hour before use.
  3. Place the selected fruits - pre-washed and cut into a pie dish and spread the crumbles evenly.
  4. Bake at 1500C for 25 to 30 minutes while monitoring cooking.
  5. Uses: You can use any available fruits, even very ripe: apples, bananas, mangoes, pineapples, red fruits etc
