Banana Cake

Ingredients

  • 200 g of Blédor Gréo flour)
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 50 g of butter
  • 10 g of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 10 cl of milk
  • 1 egg

 

Preparation

  • Mix the flour, the baking powder and salt in a bowl.
  • In another bowl, mix the sugar, egg, melted butter and then the milk.
  • Crush the bananas in a separate bowl.
  • Incorporate crushed bananas to the previous mixture of eggs and mix well with an electric whisk.
  • Pour the fruit preparation into the dry ingredients and mix again.
  • Pour into a cake pan and bake for 45 minutes at y 180°C.
