Bread Machine Brioche

Ingredients

  1. 375g Blédor Farathas
  2. 125ml Water or Whole Milk
  3. 100g Margarine or Butter
  4. 2 Whole Eggs
  5. 4g Salt
  6. 75g Sugar
  7. 8g Yeast
  8. 1g bread improver

 

Preparation

  1. Place all the ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order listed.
  2. Start the brioche program for a weight of 500g
