Bread with aromatic herbs in a breadmaker

Ingredients

Dough

  1. Les Moulins White Flour or Blédor Farathas
  2. 285g Water
  3. 10g Salt
  4. 15g Sugar
  5. 15g Olive oil
  6. 5g Yeast
  7. 2g Improver (optional)

 

Garnish

  1. Grated cheese, Onion, Garlic, Aromatic herbs: thyme, parsley, onion stems, fresh coriander to own choice

 

Preparation

  1. Place all the ingredients in the bowl in the order in which they are listed
  2. Start the Basic Bread Program.
  3. If necessary, scrape the corners of the bowl during the first kneading process to obtain a homogeneous dough. When kneading, add the ingredients to flavor the mixture
