Cheese sticks

Ingredients

  1. 300g Blédor Pâtissière
  2. 100g Margarine
  3. 100g Grated Cheese (Cheddar)
  4. 1 pinch Salt
  5. 1 pinch Pepper
  6. 5g Baking powder
  7. 30cl Water

 

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients to obtain a soft but not sticky dough.
  2. Let it rest for about 10 minutes, then roll it out to a thickness of 5 mm.
  3. Cut sticks and place them on a baking sheet, brush with beaten egg, and bake for 10 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 190°C.
