Chocolate cake

Ingredients

  1. 175g Self-Raising Blédor
  2. 50g cocoa powder
  3. 225g soft margarine (Slightly softened to facilitate mixing).
  4. 175g Sugar
  5. 4 Whole eggs
  6. 15ml Water

 

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients for 4 minutes with a high-speed blender. Add 15ml of hot water and mix for a minute.
  2. Pour the dough into a buttered cake pan.
  3. Cook for 55 minutes in a preheated oven at 160oC.
  4. Unmould and allow to cool on a grid.
