Chocolate chips muffins

Ingredients

  1. 200g Les Moulins Di-blé Or Blédor Pains au Son
  2. 3 Whole eggs
  3. 200 g Butter or margarine
  4. 10g baking powder
  5. 150g Sugar
  6. 3g Salt
  7. 75g Chocolate chips
  8. 100ml Milk

 

Preparation

  1. Melt the butter or margarine. Beat the eggs, sugar, and milk until the mixture becomes creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt and chocolate chips. Then pour the egg, sugar and milk mixture over it and mix it thoroughly with a spatula.
  3. Then stir in the melted butter and smooth out the mixture.
  4. Leave to rest for 30 minutes before placing in individual moulds, previously lined with baking cases.
  5. Preheat the oven to 2000 C and cook the muffins for 15 minutes.
