Coconut pie

Ingredients

    1. 1 portion Sablé pastry
    2. 250g Blédor Pâtissière
    3. 125g unsalted butter
    4. 125g Sugar
    5. 1pc Egg (Large)

 

Coconut filling

  • 30g Blédor Pâtissière
  • 100g Butter
  • 100g Sugar
  • 2 Eggs (Large)
  • 100-125g grated Coconut

 

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 1800C.
  2. Prepare a sweet Sablé pastry
  3. Whisk the butter and sugar. Add the eggs, then the flour and grated coconut.
  4. Spread the dough and place it in a pie pan. Fill with the mixture.
  5. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
