Cookies

Ingredients

  1. 150g Blédor Self-Raising 
  2. 85g Sugar
  3. 85g Butter (unsalted)
  4. 1Egg (large)
  5. 3g salt

 

Preparation

  1. Cream the sugar and butter together.
  2. Add the egg and salt until fully incorporated.
  3. Mix in the flour until you get a creamy consistency.
  4. Spoon or pipe mounds onto parchment paper using two tablespoons or a piping bag.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180ºC to 200ºC.
