Crepes (pancakes)

Ingredients

  1. 250g Blédor Pâtissière
  2. 350ml Milk
  3. 2g Salt
  4. 50g Sugar
  5. 2 Whole eggs
  6. 40g Melted Butter

 

Preparation

  1. Put the flour in a large bowl with salt and sugar.
  2. Add the eggs in the middle and pour the milk by stirring with a whisk to avoid clumps. Finally add the melted butter.
  3. For cooking, spread circularly a large ladleful of batter in a frying pan . Cook on one side, then turn the crêpe and brown on the other side.
  4. You can also make savoury crêpes. To do this, remove sugar.
  5.  You can also use whole flour, especially Blédor Pains Au Son flour.
