Cup cakes

Ingredients

  1. 200g Blédor Self Raising
  2. 110g unsalted Butter
  3. 125g Sugar
  4. 3 Whole eggs
  5. 10ml Vanilla Essence
  6. 5g salt
  7. 60ml Milk

 

Preparation

  1. Mix the butter and sugar until a creamy consistency is obtained.
  2. Add the eggs one by one, then the vanilla essence.
  3. In a bowl, mix the flour and salt.
  4. Then alternately add the flour and milk into the butter, sugar and eggs mixture, ending with flour.
  5. Put into muffin pans and cook in preheated oven (180°C) for 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Let cool on a grid and decorate with butter cream, fondant or chocolate, to your taste.
