French toast with Nutella and banana

Ingredients

  • 10 slices of stale Bread (1 cm thick)
  • 25 cl of milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 20 g of butter
  • 4 tablespoons of Nutella
  • 1 ripe banana

Preparation

  • Warm the milk in the microwave oven, in a large hollow dish. Mix the sugar until it is completely dissolved.
  • Add the lightly beaten eggs into an omelette.
  • Heat a frying pan with the butter
  • Dip the bread slices in the mixture for 10 seconds on each side, then place them in the frying pan. Cook for about 2 min, then flip for another 2 to 5 min, until the bread is golden
  • Melt the Nutella in a small bowl in the microwave oven.
  • Cut the banana into slices.
  • Pour the Nutella over the bread, lay the banana slices and top with another toast, like a sandwich
