Matcha Brownies

Ingredients

  • 185 g of Blédor Self-Rising
  • 140 g of butter
  • 85 g of white sugar
  • 85 grams of brown sugar
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 to 5 tablespoons of matcha tea powder & 2 to 3 tbsp of water.
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • 1⁄2 tsp baking soda
  • 150 to 200 g white chocolate (preferably chocolate chips)

 

Preparation

  • Melt the butter, then incorporate both types of sugar and the vanilla extract

  • In a bowl, mix the matcha tea powder and water to form a soft paste and add into the buttered preparation.
  • Add the 2 eggs and mix again, then the flour, cornflour and baking soda with a spatula, and finally the chocolate chips.
  • Cook for 18 to 20 minutes in a preheated oven (180°C) and allow to cool.
