Matcha Brownies
Ingredients
- 185 g of Blédor Self-Rising
- 140 g of butter
- 85 g of white sugar
- 85 grams of brown sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 to 5 tablespoons of matcha tea powder & 2 to 3 tbsp of water.
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 1⁄2 tsp baking soda
- 150 to 200 g white chocolate (preferably chocolate chips)
Preparation

Melt the butter, then incorporate both types of sugar and the vanilla extract
- In a bowl, mix the matcha tea powder and water to form a soft paste and add into the buttered preparation.
- Add the 2 eggs and mix again, then the flour, cornflour and baking soda with a spatula, and finally the chocolate chips.
- Cook for 18 to 20 minutes in a preheated oven (180°C) and allow to cool.
