Pancakes

Ingredients

  1. 250g Blédor Self Raising
  2. 300ml Liquid milk
  3. 25g Sugar
  4. 2pc Whole Eggs (large)
  5. 3g salt
  6. 20g Melted Butter

Preparation

  1. Mix the flour in a bowl with sugar and salt. Stir in the milk, then the beaten eggs and butter, working well to avoid lumps.
  2. Leave the batter to rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Spoon a large ladleful of batter into a small, buttered skillet.
  4. Let one side cook, then flip the pancake over and golden the other side
  5. Serve the pancakes with a topping of your choice: flavoured sugar (vanilla or cinnamon), jam, honey, maple syrup...
