Pancakes
Ingredients
- 250g Blédor Self Raising
- 300ml Liquid milk
- 25g Sugar
- 2pc Whole Eggs (large)
- 3g salt
- 20g Melted Butter
Preparation
- Mix the flour in a bowl with sugar and salt. Stir in the milk, then the beaten eggs and butter, working well to avoid lumps.
- Leave the batter to rest for 30 minutes.
- Spoon a large ladleful of batter into a small, buttered skillet.
- Let one side cook, then flip the pancake over and golden the other side
- Serve the pancakes with a topping of your choice: flavoured sugar (vanilla or cinnamon), jam, honey, maple syrup...
