Quiche

Ingredients

 

Dough

  1. 300g Blédor Pâtissière
  2. 150g salted butter
  3. 2 Eggs (Large)

Filling

  1. 250g Liquid Cream
  2. 5g Salt/Pepper
  3. 2 Eggs (Large)
  4. 10-15g Blédor Pâtissière

Preparation

 

Dough

    1. Mix the flour and butter into crumbs.
    2. Stir in the eggs until thoroughly combined
    3. Cover with a cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
    4. Roll up the paste and place it into a round mould.

 

Filling

  1. Mix together the eggs, flour, salt/pepper and stir in the cream
  2. Add the ingredients of your choice in the already moulded cake base.
  3. Pour the cream over the dough
  4. Cooking time: 45 minutes in an oven previously heated to 180°C-200ºC
