Banana cake
Ingredients
- 175g Self Raising Blédor
- 4 ripe bananas, mashed
- 75g Melted butter
- 100g Sugar
- 1 pk Whole egg beaten
- 5ml Vanilla essence
- 4g baking soda
- 3g salt
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 175o C.
- In a large bowl, add the butter melted to the banana puree, then the sugar, the slightly beaten egg and the vanilla essence. Gently add the baking soda and salt, then the flour at last.
- Place the batter in a buttered cakepan and bake in the pre-heated oven for one hour.
- Allow to cool and unmould before cutting.
