Sablé biscuits

Ingredients

  1. Prepare a shortcrust pastry dough (plain or with chocolate)
  2. Cut the dough into the desired shape
  3. Roll up the dough pieces in cling film or baking paper and refrigerate for an hour.
  4. Cut the dough into slices and place them on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 2100C.
