Sablé (sugar crust) pastry

Ingredients

  1. 500g Blédor Pâtissière
  2. 125g Icing sugar
  3. 200g Butter or margarine
  4. 1 Whole egg
  5. 2g Salt

Vanilla or citrus zest to your choice

Preparation

  1. Sand the flour, butter, icing sugar and salt Add the eggs.
  2. Mix and set aside in the fridge for an hour
  3. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 2100C.

 You can flavour this dough by adding 20 g of vanilla or citrus zest.
