Savoury crumble

Ingredients

  1. 100g Blédor Pâtissière
  2. 75g breadcrumbs
  3. 50g Cheese (Parmesan) Optional
  4. 50g Butter
  5. 30ml Olive oil
  6. Vegetables to choose from: sausages, tomatoes, strawberries, pastry, aromatic herbs

 

Preparation

  1. Crumbles can be flavoured with all aromatic herbs: mixed herbs, oregano, parsley, basil etc.
  2. Carefully mix the ingredients from the fingertips to get a sandy, rough paste.
  3. Keep cool and sprinkle on the chosen basis.
  4. Cook in a preheated oven (150oC) for 20 to 25 minutes.
