Semolina Oundés

Ingredients

  1. 150g Blédor (gréo)
  2. 400g Water
  3. 5g Salt
  4. 125g Sugar
  5. 25g Fat
  6. 3 Cardamom seeds
  7. 1 Cinnamon stick
  8. 50g Coconut powder

Preparation

  1. Lightly toast the semolina in a wok.
  2. Combine water, sugar, fat, cinnamon stick, and cardamom seeds in a saucepan.
  3. Bring the liquid mixture to a boil and reduce the heat.
  4. Gradually add the semolina, stirring continuously and remove from heat.
  5. Mix and remove from the fire.
  6. Leave to cool.
  7. Shape into small balls and roll in coconut powder.
