Soft rolls (burgers)

Ingredients

  1. 1000g Blédor Farathas
  2. 10g Salt
  3. 550g Water
  4. 10g yeast
  5. 2.5g Improver
  6. 60g Sugar
  7. 60g Soybean Oil

Preparation

  • Weighing: Weigh all ingredients separately.
  • Kneading: 3 minutes at first speed and 6 minutes at second speed, incorporating the fat at the end of process
  • Pointing: 10 minutes.
  • Division 65 - 75g.
  • Shaping: Roll in balls and place on a greased baking tray.
  • Fermentation: 90 minutes.
  • Baking: Spray with water and sprinkle with sesame grains. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes in a preheated oven at 200-220oC.
