Spinach pie

Ingredients for 6 servings

  • 1 glass of water
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 glasses of Blédor Pâtissière flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 glasses chopped spinach
  • 40 cl of liquid cream
  • 4 eggs
  • Feta cheese
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg

 

Preparation

Dough

  • In a saucepan, heat the water salt and butter.
  • When the butter is melted, pour in the flour off the heat.
  • Mix with a spatula, then place the dough in a pan and spread it out with your fingertips.

Filling

  • Spread your chopped spinach over your pie.
  • In a bowl, pour the cream and the eggs. Season with salt and pepper and a little nutmeg. Blend all together, then pour the mixture over the spinach. Place feta cheese on the surface of the quiche.
  • Bake your quiche for 30-40 minutes at 180oC until golden brown on top.
