Sweet Shortcrust Pastry
Ingredients
- 250g of Blédor Pâtissière
- 125g Unsalted butter
- 125g of Sugar
- 1pc Whole Egg (large)
- 5 g table salt
Preparation
- Gently mix all the ingredients (at room temperature) to get a smooth dough.
- Leave the dough rest in the fridge for one hour before rolling to garnish.
- Cook in preheated oven at 1800C for approximately 15 minutes.
