Sweet Shortcrust Pastry

Ingredients

  1. 250g of Blédor Pâtissière
  2. 125g Unsalted butter
  3. 125g of Sugar 
  4. 1pc Whole Egg (large)
  5. 5 g table salt

 

Preparation

  1. Gently mix all the ingredients (at room temperature) to get a smooth dough.
  2. Leave the dough rest in the fridge for one hour before rolling to garnish.
  3. Cook in preheated oven at 1800C for approximately 15 minutes.
