Waffles

Ingredients

  1. 300g Blédor Pâtissière
  2. 500ml Milk
  3. 75g Sugar
  4. One pinch of salt
  5. 100g Melted butter
  6. 2 Whole eggs
  7. 10g Baking powder

Preparation

  1. Melt the butter and let it cool.
  2. Whisk the eggs in omelette.
  3. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, melted butter and eggs.
  4. Gradually pour the milk into it to get a fluid batter.
  5. Leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  6. Cook in a very warm wafer.
