Our different training courses are designed to suit all needs and requirements ranging from professionals seeking new expertise, to individuals wishing to learn new recipes, or young children eager to learn while having fun.
During our dedicated training programmes for both amateurs and experienced food enthusiasts, learn or relearn the art of Mauritian recipes or the great classics of bakery, pastry, and Viennese pastry. After one to two days of training, you will leave our centre with new knowledge that will enable you to bake to your desires!

Le Fournil – Bakery for professionals
We recommend that you follow an introductory baking course or regular baking practice before entering this two-day advanced course.
